Commercial Storm Damage Inspections
After a major hail or wind event, damage to a commercial roofing system may not be readily visible from the ground. KBC performs comprehensive inspections of roof membranes, metal roofing, flashings, rooftop equipment, drainage systems, sheet metal, and exterior building components to identify and document storm-related conditions.
When appropriate, our evaluation may also include moisture investigation, test cuts, infrared or thermal imaging, and other diagnostic methods to help determine the extent of damage and the appropriate restoration approach.
